The submitted paper should be in the IEEE conference format and should be no more than 6 pages in length.

The paper should not be previously published or currently under review elsewhere. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected based on their originality, merit, and relevance to the workshop.

Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press in the combined PerCom 2016 workshops proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the workshop to present the paper. There will be no separate workshop registration, but one single registration will cover both conference and workshop participation.

Manuscripts must be formatted in accordance with the IEEE Computer Society author guidelines. The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates, as well as related information, can be found at the IEEE Computer Society website (
